The First Book of Hope by Tommi Musturi

The First Book of Hope by Tommi Musturi

The first solo book by Tommi Musturi, editor of the Finnish anthology Glömp. The First Book of Hope is his graduation work and pictures the mindstate of a middle-aged man in Finland. He enjoys the little pleasures of life on the countryside (eating, fixing a bird’s nest, sauna, walking in the forest) while reminiscing childhood and contemplating about life. The interaction between poetical words and beautiful images makes this a wonderful book. Cover printed in red + gold. Interior printed in two pantone colour.
