Dear cartoonists and zine makers, did you know that there are many tools in the CSI community lounge and at the comics library available for you to use for FREE! Visit us to sign up for a membership (free, $5 a year, or pay what you can), and read and make comics at our lovely little library. We are an entirely volunteer-run space, with current hours being 11am-6pm Wednesday to Sunday (we update our calendar each week on Monday).
Tools include:
1.) Several paper cutters, including one giant paper cutter not pictured below.
2.) GAOMON B4 19.59 inches LED Tracing Light Box 5mm Thick Adjustable Soft Brightness with Micro USB (must be plugged into a laptop/usb port to work).
3.) A large Cannon flatbed scanner for scanning comics pages and artwork to your email. (Can accommodate 11 by 17 inch pages). Please ask the librarian for help with this!
